Mr. Chlouber graduated in 1991 from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in Norman, Oklahoma with distinction.  While at O.U., he was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review from 1989-1991.  Prior to entering law school, Mr. Chlouber attended Oklahoma State University from 1984 to 1988 and graduated with a B.S. in Management.
